In our Seattle Facility, the oldest service we provide since 1918 is electric motor rewinding and rebuilding. Today, Cascade Machinery & Electric Inc. has a state of the art motor shop with computerized winding machines and Baker testing equipment. We utilize solid state testing equipment and have power capacities to run motors up to 500 HP.
Our Bakco ovens can cure and dry motors up to 8 feet in diameter and our dip tank is able to dip rotors over 7 feet long .
Our capabilities include motor rewinding (AC & DC) 1 phase and 3 phase, formed coil or mush wound, lifting magnets, holding coils, motors to over 800 HP, generators, regulators and alternators, end bell and shaft repair, in-field bearing changes, dynamic balancing, and custom motor shaft design.
